I feel strongly that I want everyone to be able to receive embodied compassionate care, to be able to access safe touch, nervous system settling support, and receive accompaniment on their personal growth journey. My sliding scale is an attempt to make my services more available to those who have less access to financial resources, or are experiencing financial hardship.

My services are priced at their actual cost. Please know that if you choose a price below 100% you are receiving a discount. I have a limited number of sessions each week available for

The middle rate (80%) is for those who are able to meet their basic needs but have little-to-no expendable income. Paying for this service may qualify as a sacrifice but it would not create hardship.

The bottom rate (70%) is for those who struggle to meet basic needs and paying for this service would still be a significant hardship.

To help determine which rate may fit you best, please keep reading below.

  • Full Bottle (Highest Rate - 100%): The actual cost of the service. You fit here if you have financial security, expendable income, own property or rent higher-end housing, and have savings.

  • Half-Full Bottle (Middle Rate - 80%): A discounted rate for those who meet basic needs but have little-to-no expendable income. Paying this may require a sacrifice but does not cause financial hardship.

  • Nearly Empty Bottle (Lowest Rate - 70%): For those experiencing significant financial hardship. You fit here if you struggle to meet basic needs and paying the higher tiers would prohibit you from accessing the service.

Sessions are available in El Cerrito or Occidental

and serve clients from Berkeley, Albany, Oakland, and

surrounding East Bay and Sonoma County communities.
