In my peaceful and private healing sanctuary we create space for your nervous system to unwind, your heart to open, and your whole being to remember what it feels like to be at ease.

Deeply relaxing, restful, and resourcing. Each session is a dynamic process that we’ll engage together, supporting your system to resolve imbalance and injury at its own pace.
First Session 90 minutes $125
Follow-up Sessions 75 minutes $110

When paired with Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and attuned, grounded support, a ketamine session becomes not just therapeutic, but deeply restorative. The body unwinds. The heart opens. The whole self is invited to come home.
Plan for 3 hours, which will include time to prepare, Craniosacral bodywork, mindful somatic guidance, and time to fully return from the experience.$225-275

You can relax, soften, and feel held by the forest at this magical retreat. A ten minute drive from downtown Occidental.

Additional Info Before Your Session:
Scents: My practice is scent-free for both myself and my clients who are extremely sensitive. Please limit scents on your clothes and body for our sessions. Avoid perfume & perfume oils, strongly scented hair/body products, Meyer’s Clean Day products, scented laundry detergent & dryer sheets.
Covid & immune sensitivity: I am happy to wear a mask during our appointment if you need it for any reason, just ask. If you are having any covid, flu, cough symptoms please contact me before coming to your appointment - we will most likely want to reschedule.
Communication: During our session please communicate your needs. You are the expert on your own body and experience, and your comfort matters.
Clothes: Our sessions take place fully clothed. Wear something comfortable and stretchy if you can.
Aftercare: You may be quite relaxed, so use extra care when driving, and when possible give yourself a few hours of relaxation time after our session. Hydrate well.
