I delight in gently supporting people to relax, allowing their minds to slow, and their energy fields to expand and orient towards what is truly possible.

I work with modalities that are aligned with my own beliefs – that each person must be seen and supported as a whole – inclusive of the physical and energetic body, emotions, history, pains, joys. And that we each have an inner wisdom that can be trusted to guide us toward a state of more wholeness, health and peace. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy supports vitality, balance, and a sense of calm connection. Sessions are deeply restful, nourishing, and can help you to settle anxiety and allow your inner wisdom to guide you towards health.

I offer a blend of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Polarity Therapy, mindfulness-based verbal guidance, and gentle acupressure massage. I also offer guidance for deep inner exploration through Breathwork or Personal Ritual.
